Control File: invalid character in description

The Description field is checked for invalid characters. If the field includes a tabulation (horizontal or vertical) then an error is generated.

The field is expected to be rendered in any kind of console so tabs are not very welcome as they usually don't get rendered properly.

VALIDDescription: Best Packager For MS-Windows Platforms
 The short and long descriptions cannot include tab characters.

INVALIDDescription: Best	Tool	Ever
 This	packager	works	Great!
