Build: --output-filename argument

--output-filename accepts the name of a file without any directory or drive indicated. If such is detected in the name (i.e. :, /, or \) then the command fails.

Also this option is not compatible with a control.info file (See also the --build command constraints). This is because a control.info is to generate multiple output files and the --output-filename option can be used to define only one name.
